A Note on Our Commitment to a Modernized Curriculum:
22 December 2025
The Army is transforming rapidly. We know you have questions about how those changes affect what you will learn at the Army Force Management School (AFMS).

Be assured, our curriculum is dynamic. We are committed to providing you with the most current and relevant force management education. Our instructors / facilitators are deeply involved in the force management community and are updating course material in near real-time as changes are approved and codified by Army Senior Leadership.

While we are often aware of pre-decisional information, we have a professional obligation to teach only the most current, approved policies, and procedures. We cannot get ahead of Army Senior Leaders.

Your education at AFMS ensures you will learn the latest established principles and practices directly from the source, equipping you to be an effective force manager in today's evolving Army. We look forward to sharing with you in 2026 as the Army transforms "How the Army Runs".
