Description

The Senior Leader Orientation Course (SLOC) provides executive level individualized force management presentations to senior Army military and civilian leadership. The program is designed to familiarize or update their knowledge of force management topics and processes. Purpose

The program is intended to educate and prepare Army senior leaders to successfully execute their current or upcoming force management duties and responsibilities.

Scope

The force management sessions are open to Army military and civilian leadership both inside and outside the Pentagon. The presentations cover the breadth and depth of force management topics included in the primary Army War College text “How The Army Runs.”
