Manpower & Force Management Course (MFMC), How the Army Runs (HTARC), and Action Officer Integration Course (AOIC)
Contact your ATRRS/Training Manager coordinator to register you for the course.
If your organization has an available quota, the student will receive a reserved seat.
If no quota is available, the student will be placed on the waitlist and notified on or after 45 days prior to the class start date if a seat becomes available.
The Force Integration Course For Senior Leaders (FICSL)
Registration is coordinated directly with AFMS.
You will need to contact the AFMS Registrar at AFMS_Registrar@army.mil to get an application.
The Civilian Senior Leader Management Office (CSLMO) schedules all SES personnel that will attend.
Once the application is completed and emailed back to AFMS_Registrar@army.mil it will be internally reviewed within 7-10 days for approval.
FICSL is required for all HQDA-newly assigned (including ARNG and USAR) Colonel (P), Brigadier and Major Generals (DAS Memo, August 2019); all HQDA entry-level Senior Executive Service (SES) and Highly Qualified Experts (see AR 350-1); and any GO/SES positions that review and approve capability requirements documents (see AR 71-9).
Attendees are required to be at the Brigadier General/Colonel (Promotable) and above or SES level.
Synchronization Staff Officer (SSO) Course
G8 Staff will register through the G8 ATRRS Coordinator.
CD Personnel: Anyone currently serving in the CD/G-8 in any one of the following roles: SSO; OPSO (Operations Officer), Budget Analyst; Financial Management Analyst (FMA), or with duty roles / responsibilities requiring interaction with SSOs.
Other Attendees may include: Personnel currently serving with duty roles/responsibilities requiring interaction with SSOs to include, but not limited to, Army G-3/5/7 Organizational Integrators (OI); G-4 action officers; ASA(ALT) and subordinate organizational personnel (PAE, CPE, PM, DA System Coordinators (DASCs); ASC (LMI) Lead Materiel Integrators (MI); Warrant Officers; Non-Commissioned Officers (NCOs); System Integrators (SI)/SSOs assigned to USAR and/or ARNG.
If you are not in any of the categories above, please contact the AFMS Registrar at AFMS_Registrar@army.mil for an application. Once your application has been received, it will be reviewed for approval. We will notify you within 7-10 business days if you have received a seat on the course requested.
Functional Area 50 Qualification Course (FA50QC)
Students taking the FA50QC must have completed HTARC within the last two years or in conjunction with the FA50QC course.

The Army National Guard Force Management Course (ARNG FMC)
Military members from States / Territories coordinate with State / Territory School Managers, JFHQ J3/G3 to register in ATRRS. Military members assigned to NGB complete DA Form 4187, Personnel Action. Submit DA Form 4187 to your Officer Branch manager, who will forward form to ARNG-TR-I for registration in ATRRS.
Civilians (GS) assigned to NGB complete Standard Form (SF) 182, Authorization, Agreement and Certification of Training. Submit approved SF 182 to ARNG-FM POC, Mr. Tim Hoban, email: timothy.m.hoban.civ@army.mil who will forward form to ARNG-TR-I for registration in ATRRS.
